Kansas City + remote

Workflow automation for small businesses.

I help Kansas City business owners spend less time copying data, chasing follow-up, and checking the same tasks twice. I connect the tools you already use and build automations your team can run every day.

Less time on the work you keep repeating

WHERE I HELP

The work that
keeps repeating.

Maybe you spend Monday pulling reports. Maybe customers keep waiting for a reply. I start with the job that keeps coming back, look for a simpler way to do it, and build the connections that make it work.

01

REVIEWS · INQUIRIES · REMINDERS

Customer follow-up

Reviews sit unanswered. New inquiries get buried in an inbox. I can connect those steps, prepare replies, and prompt the right person to follow up. Your team keeps the final say on what gets sent.

02

SALES · INVENTORY · PERFORMANCE

Recurring reporting

If you open five accounts just to answer one question, the report is taking too much work. I bring sales, inventory, or performance data into one place and check that the numbers agree.

03

INTAKE · APPROVALS · SCHEDULING

Team handoffs

Forms, emails, and spreadsheets often hold different pieces of the same request. I connect them so the details move with the work, the next person knows what to do, and you can see what's waiting on approval.

OPERATING PROOF

Three systems
doing the work.

I built these systems in businesses I help run. Here's what changed, with full write-ups if you want the details.

01INTERNAL OPERATING WORK

Google review automation

New reviews are picked up automatically. The system drafts a reply and sends it to a person for approval before anything is published.

20 profiles connected as of September 30, 2026. The August snapshot recorded 100% response coverage.

02INTERNAL OPERATING WORK

Pulse

The founders used to open roughly a dozen accounts to see how the business was doing. Now they check one dashboard on their phones each day.

3 brands and 12 accounts in one view. The numbers matched the source reports to a $0.00 difference before launch.

03INTERNAL OPERATING WORK

Vendor operations portal

Vendors can check their sales, stock, and restocking schedule in one place. Staff no longer handle those three weekly jobs separately or field the same questions.

39 vendor accounts use the portal, which replaced 3 weekly staff workflows.

Review reply volume is an estimate: 450+ published as of September 30, 2026. Each full case study explains the measurement period and limits.

HOW THE WORK GOES

Let's fix one thing
first.

You don't need to overhaul the business to get started. We pick one recurring problem, work out a better process, and build something your team can use.

01
AUDIT

Show me where the work gets stuck.

You show me how the work happens today. I look at the time it takes, what gets missed, and who has to chase it. Then I recommend the first thing worth fixing.

03
AUTOMATE

Build it and show you how it works.

I build the workflow and test it with real work, including the things that can go wrong. Then I show your team how to use it, leave the instructions, and make clear what needs a person's approval.

START HERE / $999 FIXED SCOPE

Business Systems
Audit

In one 90-minute session, you walk me through the work that's eating your week. Within five business days, I send a roadmap showing what to fix first, what to build, and what it would cost.

THE GUARANTEE

If I don't uncover at least five hours a week worth reclaiming—or a clear financial opportunity worth more than the $999 fee—you don't pay. Already paid? You get a full refund.

AFTER THE AUDIT

Most first builds run $1,500–$5,000. You get a separate proposal with the work, timeline, software costs, and any ongoing support spelled out. The roadmap is yours to use with me, your team, or another builder.

Your $999 audit fee goes toward your first build if you move forward with me. It comes off the quoted build price. The roadmap is yours either way.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you
automate anything.

Cost, tools, timing, and who takes care of the system once it's running.

01What is workflow automation for a small business?

Workflow automation connects your tools so you don't have to repeat each step by hand. That could mean putting a new inquiry in the right place, preparing a report, or drafting a review reply. People still handle approvals and anything that needs judgment.

02How much does workflow automation cost?

The Business Systems Audit costs $999. It includes one 90-minute owner session and a roadmap within five business days. Most first builds after the audit run $1,500–$5,000. Once we know what we're solving, I give you a separate proposal that covers the build, software costs, and any ongoing support. Your $999 audit fee goes toward your first build if you move forward with me. It comes off the quoted build price. The roadmap is yours either way. For a $3,000 build, you've already paid $999 and have $2,001 left to pay.

03Which workflow should I automate first?

Look for work your team repeats every week: a report, unanswered reviews, or follow-up that keeps slipping. It needs clear inputs and someone responsible for the result. In the audit, I help you choose based on the time, cost, and what a better process would change.

04Does every automation need AI?

No. Moving data or sending a reminder usually needs clear rules. AI can help with reading, summarizing, or drafting text. I use it when it makes sense for the task, with a person's review where it's needed.

05Can you work with our existing software?

Often, yes. I check what your tools can connect to and what data I can access. If there's a limitation, you'll see it in the audit roadmap before you agree to a build.

06How long does implementation take?

You'll get the audit roadmap within five business days of the owner session. Most production workflows take several weeks. The timing depends on the tools, the state of your data, and testing. You'll have a timeline in the proposal before the build starts.

07Who owns the system, and what happens if it fails?

You own it. I show your team how to run it and leave instructions for the workflow, approvals, and what to do if something breaks. We agree how problems are spotted and who's responsible for handling them. Any ongoing maintenance or support is a separate part of the proposal.

08Do you only work with Kansas City businesses?

Kansas City is my home base. I also work remotely with businesses elsewhere in the United States when we can review the work through calls, documents, and the tools your team uses.
