AT A GLANCE
The answer in three lines.
- What was built
- A phone-friendly intelligence platform that unifies sales, advertising, and email performance across three brands and twelve platform accounts.
- What changed
- Founders now check one trusted view daily instead of reconciling roughly a dozen admin accounts.
- Evidence
- 19 points of sale, 10-minute same-day refreshes, and $0.00 reconciliation variance before launch.
brands unified
One portfolio view across retail and ecommerce operations.
sales locations
Sixteen physical locations and three online stores.
accounts connected
Across sales, advertising, and email platforms.
reconciliation variance
Each source matched platform reporting before launch.
The situation
Three related brands operated across sixteen physical locations and three ecommerce stores. Their sales and marketing picture lived across separate Square, Shopify, Meta, and Klaviyo accounts.
For nontechnical founders, answering a basic question such as “How are we doing today?” meant moving among roughly a dozen admin accounts and reconciling numbers with different definitions, time zones, and attribution rules.
The build
Pulse consolidates sales, advertising, and email performance into one secure, phone-friendly dashboard. Founders can see today’s revenue pacing, typically compare performance with the same day last year, and review channel performance without assembling the view manually.
The platform performs a nightly full sync, refreshes same-day activity every ten minutes, and re-syncs recent history to catch late refunds. Data lands in a warehouse with one canonical definition of net sales.
Every source was reconciled against its native platform reporting to a zero-dollar variance before it was released. Attribution metrics remain clearly labeled instead of being blended into store revenue.
The results
- The founders now check Pulse daily to get a quick read on the health of their businesses.
- Routine performance checks moved from roughly a dozen platform accounts into one portfolio view.
- All connected sources reached a $0.00 reconciliation variance before launch.
- The platform currently runs for less than $20 per month in infrastructure.
Why it matters
The value is not another dashboard. It is a shared operating truth that founders can trust enough to use every day.
Complexity remains in the pipeline—multiple brands, accounts, time zones, and attribution models—so the people making decisions do not have to carry it.
