For a clearly defined dashboard or internal tool, we can scope the build directly after the free conversation. If we need to look across the business to decide what to fix first, the audit may be a better next step. We agree that before booking it.

I read every note myself and reply within one business day. If the audit is the right fit, we'll get it booked — $999. If I don't uncover at least five hours a week worth reclaiming—or a clear financial opportunity worth more than the $999 fee—you don't pay. Already paid? You get a full refund.

Your $999 audit fee goes toward your first build if you move forward with me. It comes off the quoted build price. The roadmap is yours either way.
